• Communicate and coordinate fraternal meetings with current collegiate members• Act as the liaison to Central Office for current colligate Brothers• Maintain and enforce current national policy and regulation to ensure all collegians are in compliance• Support chapter initiatives through leadership, volunteerism and monthly advisement

Responsible for the management, administration, planning and coordination of all regional recruitment activities for the Office of Admissions. Assist associate director with the planning and coordination of special events hosted off campus, such as counselor workshops and prospective student events. Assist in the evaluation of first-year applications.

The Garnet and Gold Guides participate in the following activities: provide recruiting prospects, guests and families with tours of the athletics facilities; provide special tours with the FSU visitor Center (athletic facilities and groups), assist the visitor center with various functions involving large groups visiting campus, assist the department of athletics in providing tours and answering questions for prospective student athletes; attend all home football games with recruits; accompany guests and prospects to recruiting lunches, dinners, meetings and banquets; assist with the annual Jimbo Fisher football summer camps and other athletics events (i.e. participate in the annual Homecoming parade).

• Promote and recruit socioeconomically disadvantaged and underrepresented populations for FSU’s CARE SBP through school and community partnerships throughout the state of Florida • Support company retention initiatives as an integral part of the university’s diversity strategy through research, community building and event coordination • Plan, coordinate and execute a 7-week, live-in Summer Bridge Program for over 400 incoming freshmen to FSU through CARE, through departmental, campus, city and state-wide partnerships • Actively plan and execute 1st and 2nd year engagement events throughout the Fall and Spring Academic terms to influence and maintain students’ success and overall retention rate • Hire, train and oversee 27 student leaders through 8-week summer session• Advise CARE Student Leadership Council
