As Intern I was responsible for: o Learn about RPA technology, tools, and best practices. Attend training sessions and gain proficiency in RPA development platforms. Create learning workflows implementation on different RPA platforms o Assist in documenting existing business processes that are candidates for automation. This involves working closely with business analysts and process owners to understand and document workflows. o Under the guidance of experienced developers, participate in the development and testing of RPA bots. This may include basic tasks such as creating automation scripts or assisting in configuring bots. o Help with the testing of RPA workflows and bots to identify issues and ensure they perform as expected. Document test cases and provide feedback to the development team. o Contribute to maintaining documentation related to RPA projects, including process maps, bot specifications, and standard operating procedures.
