• Customer Implementations of iDSnet Enterprise - iDSnet has a customisable business layer that is coded (in VB.net) for individual customer implementations. - Build and test the business logic required for each customer’s implementation. - Perform onsite testing and installation in conjunction with Matthews engineers and technicians. - Provide onsite training and post implementation support as required. • Site audits – Visit to sites and gather the software requirements from client, analyze and drafting SRS document.• Maintenance and Testing of iDSnet Express software - iDSnet Express is the ‘off the shelf’ version of iDSnet and only requires configuration for individual customer implementations. - Assist with the development and testing of future releases of iDSnet Express. - Assist with customer implementations. • iDSnet Web Portal – HTML5 UI Portal that connects to iDSnet software via Web browser. This project was solely Designed, developed and implemented by myself.• iDSnet Manager – Development and Customer Implementations - iDSnet Manager is a web based reporting system (Silverlight) that provides charts and reports using data from the iDSnet SQL Server database. - Perform customer implementations including the development of customer specific charts and reports. • Software Support - iDSnet has an installed base of over 200 customer sites. - Provide ongoing software support to existing customers.
