• With the Business team having less insight on the technical aspects of the data migration, I played the role of coordinating with the new LMS vendor (Adobe Captivate Prime) to understand the possible data points which.
• Designed/Configured the Integration of LMS with LinkedIn Learning, Power BI, Employee Automated Interface.
• Escalating and Coordinating with Vendor for prompt resolutions on the issues which were encountered during the phase of the project.
• Performed all the UI Configurations required (Home Page design, Business rules, Notifications and Catalogue configuration) as per the business need and documented them for future need.
• Trained the Internal team (Business & Technical) on the process which was followed for the data migration and Integrations with clear documentation.

• Responsibilities on the CSOD LMS Project:
• Leading the Data Migration related efforts for four LMS used in Medtronic (Saba 5.3, Saba 5.5, Compliance Wire and Legacy CornerStone).
• Understanding the Cornerstone system in detailed, to enable us to identify all the data which needs to be migrated, and mapping them between the Source and the Target systems.
• Leading the team of 5 members to develop Data Transformations scripts based on the mapping documents.
• Migrating over 1 million Training Materials (MDL’s), and 90 million Training Completions (HDL’s) from 4 Legacy LMS to CornerStone.
• Coordinating with the Cornerstone team and the Project team to align and meet the project timelines.

• Responsibilities:
• Have successfully handled eight end-to-end Onboarding projects in Global iLearn related to Reports with a team of 2 supporting members.
• Gathering Requirements based on the interaction with the customer and assisting customer in preparing URS.
• Understanding URS and transforming it into logical functional specifications/design specification, which also includes analyzing existing iLearn reports which can be reused (or) tweaked minor.
• Optimizing the reports for performance to avoid load/outage on the server, which includes designing procedures, functions, Indexing and Scheduled refresh of views etc.,
• To use crystal reports to the full extent (Pivot, Summary, Charts etc.,) thereby reducing the dependency of customer knowledge on Microsoft Excel.

• Building the requirements for any new development effort involving Saba (Vendor).
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for all questions raised related to Quality Review, Data and Reporting.
• Part of day-to-day operations of team (Appraisals, Feedback, Leave requests, Timesheet).
• Perform the Business Lead role for any DLP Projects and Initiatives.

• Perform Quality Review of the migration packages built by Saba to ensure the requirements are met.
• Prepare Monthly Leadership Dashboard and Reports supporting the growth in the e-Learning usage.
• Actively involved in the development of new custom reports for Competency, Performance modules in Saba.
• Actively involved in migration of reporting servers into a Data Warehouse environment.
• Act as an internal SME for any queries rose on Saba 5.4 Schema and Data required during various projects.
• Train & assist other team members in building new reports and also make sure quality results are delivered.

• Provide ad-hoc reports and other analysis as required by global and member firm leadership.
• Provide second-level support for customer service and/or service desk tickets related to reporting and data analysis within the Service Level Agreement.
• Assisted in migration of Custom built reports from Saba 3.5 to Saba 5.3. And by performing quality review of the reports.
• Perform quality reviews of data during releases and country implementations.
• Work with new member firms as they migrate to the global platform to determine their reporting needs by generating specifications for requests to generate new or to modify existing reports as needed to meet member firm.
• Develop & Review Test Scripts for Data QR and functionality testing for Reports.

I have done three Global Implementation of Saba LMS and later leading the Support team for the same.Designed more than 35 Unique Custom reports for the reporting needs.Implemented Weblogic Cluster for load balancing on the application server.
