As a graduate student pursuing an MS in Business Analytics and AI, my passion lies in leveraging data-driven strategies to drive business innovation. I chose this major because I believe that the future of decision-making lies at the intersection of advanced analytics and artificial intelligence. With the increasing complexity of global markets and the rapid adoption of technology, I wanted to equip myself with cutting-edge tools to analyse vast datasets and generate actionable insights. My goal through this program is to master predictive modelling, machine learning, and AI applications in order to transform raw data into strategic business value, contributing to smarter decision-making processes across industries.Before embarking on this academic journey, I gained substantial experience in operations management at Aurean Eskar Ventures LLP. I initially joined as a Project Executive and was promoted to Deputy Manager of Operations within a short span of time. In this role, I successfully led cross-functional teams, optimized workflows, and contributed to improving operational efficiency across multiple projects. The experience honed my leadership, project management, and process optimisation skills, which are now complemented by my growing expertise in data analytics and AI. This combination of skills allows me to understand both the operational and analytical aspects of business challenges.Beyond my professional pursuits, I am also deeply committed to societal change. As a founding member of FinUp NGO, I helped spearhead efforts to provide financial literacy to underprivileged communities. Our mission was clear: to make financial literacy accessible to all. We organised workshops, distributed educational materials in rural areas, and made online content freely available through our website and social media platforms. This initiative has empowered many individuals with the financial knowledge they need to improve their lives. Contributing to FinUp has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life, and it continues to inspire me to pursue meaningful impact through both my academic and professional endeavors.
