- Responsible for working alongside my direct supervisor (Project Coordinator) to run the HIV/TB program in Shan project composed of 130 staff working through 4 locations in Shan State – Lashio (Clinic & Prison), Muse clinic, Mong Hsu mobile clinic and, Hsipaw (Prison) while I was an accountable and responsible person for medically related activities in MSF Shan project- Directed 7 technical supervisors, oversaw medical activities & orders & analyzed medical data for the MSF Shan project- Completed missions & situation assessments, namely mobile medical clinic activity for IDPs- Conducted needs assessment towards ART decentralized sites before referring stable patients- Negotiated with Lashio prison authorities & advocated for inmates living with HIV - Secured MDR-TB treatment initiation agreement with Lashio prison authorities for inmates awaiting transfer to Yangon Insein prison- Implemented referral pathways for HIV patients who were stable on ART to MoH’s ART decentralized sites- Implemented a Hepatitis C treatment program for HIV/HCV co-infected patients

- Superintended M&E-related activities for a community-based MDR-TB project in dealing with pertinent stakeholders, MoH, technical partners, & donors- Supervised M&E officers in data analysis & prepared analytical reports for donors- Provided technical input & reporting & recording system training tools in programmatic areas & regularly trained & coached community supervisors & volunteers regarding M&E tool utilization - Developed M&E guidelines, plans, frameworks, key indicators, reporting & recording tools, & project strategies

- Functioned as an overall focal person for the organization of harm reduction activities - Advocated & coordinated with local authorities, government & non-governmental departments, village administrators, & the community of people who use drugs- Evacuated staff from the Laukkai warzone in February 2015 – despite communication cut-off with Head office – & planned the evacuation route in coordination with other INGOs

- Examined 1,000+ HIV patients at the Integrated HIV Care (IHC) Clinic in Lashio General Hospital- Monitored nurses in drug dispensation, monthly reports, quarterly ground checks, calculations, & ordering medicines- Linked with Medical Social Workers, the Township Health Center, & volunteers for patient retrieval- Recorded daily activities & prepared monthly reports for the central office- Liaised with partners & prepared meeting minutes of partner meetings- Implemented a nutritional supporting program for HIV patients through the World Food Program
