I have over 28 years of experience working with large Indian and global corporate clients across a range of sectors. In my current role as global lead partner for one of KPMG’s global platinum accounts, I am responsible for our relationship with, and the services provided to a large Indian conglomerate with a global presence across a range of sectors. I also work closely with large corporates in the area of ESG related Reporting and AssuranceI have previously worked across our various practice areas, including as the global lead for KPMG’s Smart Digital Finance Solutions, Head of KPMG in India’s CFO Advisory business and Head of KPMG in India’s Accounting Advisory Services business. I also have extensive transactions experience including US, UK and India listings, structuring for mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and capital raising. I have also been closely involved in advising companies in the areas of finance transformation, financial reporting (US GAAP, IFRS and other GAAPs), regulatory reporting (covering US, UK, and India), IPOs (US, UK, Singapore and India), investor relations, post deal integration, enterprise performance management, and outsourcing services.I have been closely involved in various initiatives around corporate governance, capital markets, financial reporting and company law, both in India and internationally, working with standard setters, regulators, industry bodies, etc.
