PETRONAS Chemicals Ethylene Sdn Bhd (PCESB/PCEPE)Throughout this 8 months internship program, I familiarized myself with the ethylene and polyethene plant layout, asset integrity management and processes. Worked as an Asset Integrity Trainee under a Senior Executive Inspection Engineer. I have also acquired technical skills by actively involving myself in activities as follows:-Responsible for Recording Findings Report into The PCEPE Finding and Integrity Database by identifying and assessing the severity of the external damage mechanisms on the equipments.-Attended Inspection Tasks, such as Visual Inspection (VI), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Dye Penetration Testing (PT) and welding that was conducted to API Standards. Involve in Destructive Testing (DT) by assessing the tensile strength and manufacturing of the polyethylene pellets.-Joined Inspection Programs, such as Fit For Service (FFS) Assessment Training which gave a detailed explanation on API 571 and API 579-1/ASME FFS-1 FFS Standard that was conducted by PETRONAS.-Involve in Special Scheme Inspection (SSI) Training that uses the methodology of API 580 & API 581 in combination with PETRONAS Risk Based Inspection (PRBI).-Conducted a Project Study for PCEPE (To Assess the Healthiness of Ethylene Pyrolysis Furnace Tubes After Put in Service).

Responsibilities:-Conduct meetings with committee members-Assign tasks and supervise all the members -Proofread emails and proposal -Send emails out to different universities and companies -Keeping in touch with the person in charge from the different universities, companies and potential partners-Organizing talks such like CSR events, inviting well known people from to give a speech about the industry

Responsibilities:-Suggested CSR event ideas for the club -Find the contacts of speakers for events relating to the current industry

Responsibilities:-Review all types of online platform to conduct the event-Handling and organizing the online platform for the participate through Microsoft Teams (MST)-Take screenshots of the participants and the winners-Giving access to participants to enter the event
