• Provide administrative support for 5 Directors of the following departments: Business Development, Special Events, Membership, Accounting and Member Retention at an exclusive private club in mid-town.
• Daily duties include triaging phone calls for department heads, writing the daily newsletter outlining all programming in the club, food and beverage updates, special event summaries and booking restaurant and suite.
• Create customized experiences for members, noting individualized preferences associated and accommodating any special requests.
• Equip the sales and marketing team with the necessary materials to market the club.
