On a given morning, my focus is on the daily list of tasks I complete on behalf of the investment and wealth advisor teams to keep Truepoint’s accounting systems current and accurate. The other half of my day can be quite varied and changes often—which makes for a great balance of structure and spontaneity. This certainly aligns with my previous career as a residential architect where the skills I honed in that role (quantitative analysis, problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication) have helped in my role as an Operations Associate at Truepoint. And occasionally, Truepoint needs new office space, so she gets to dust off her old skills in a more literal fashion.When not putting together a visually pleasing Excel spreadsheet or organizing Truepoint’s Soup Club, I enjoy a number of creative and outdoor activities. Quilting, painting, and creating intricate storage solutions to keep junk organized are some of my creative outlets. For more active endeavors, you can find me trying to exercise without knowing it with outdoor activities like hiking, rollerblading, walking, and biking. When there’s time left, I enjoy traveling, cooking, or watching SEC football.
