Key responsibilities and challenges:FCCM AML system supports and ETL processing / Batches execution and resolving batches related issues.Good understanding of end to end dataflow in FCCM Batches process (Ingestion, Work Flow and Behavior Detection, Alert Management and ECM.Deployment and SIT of Applications patches and Scenarios on UAT.Safe Watch Application and Pythagoras Application support with deep experience.Backup for SWIFT and Payment Safe Applications.Responsible for 24/7 DR sites of FCCM /Safe Watch / Payment Safe / Pythagoras Application.Held responsible for updating patches in coordination with vendor.Coordinating in interfacing with core and other bank Application systems.To provide support to IT Operation officers for executing ETL and related processing.Provide Second Level support to bank users.Handling day-to-day issues received from branches and centralized Division.

Key Responsibilities:FCCM Pak and FCCM Overseas:2 years plus experience as Application Functional Support -(FCCM, Safe Watch).As an Application Functional Support Professional my responsibility is to provide support for the bank Financial Crimes and Compliance Management System- FCCM covering Modules such as:AML Module.KYC Module.TBML Module.Processing Batches of FCCM PAK, FCCM Bahrain, FCCM UAE and provide alerts to TMS Team.Good understanding of end to end dataflow in FCCM Batches process (Ingestion, Work Flow and Behavior Detection, Alert Management and ECM).Identifying and resolving bottlenecks and defects of AML, KYC, TBML batches and modifying existing ETL process.Assisting with systems integrations, FCCM Production and FCCM UAT.Threshold tuning of scenarios where required and Troubleshooting / Liaoning with vendor.Administration task of FCCM Pak team, FCCM Bahrain team and FCCM UAE team for smooth daily operations including User creation, Group and Domains mapping etc.Identifying and resolving technical issues related to FCCM batches, Alerts.Dealing with State Bank Audit, Management Audit, External Audit and IT/IS Audit.Generation of alerts in FCCM as per set frequency and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.Provide data to AMLD team for Onsite Assessment of ML/TF Risks required by State Bank Pakistan.SafeWatch Pakistan and Overseas:Processing Batches of Safewatch PAK, Safewatch Bahrain, Safewatch UAE and provide alerts to Sanction Screening Team.Uploading Lists (World Check Sanction, NACTA, RBB, AOP) uploading in Safe Watch Application.Batch uploading for daily post fact screening tasks on Safe Watch.Including archival of data & system downtime by consultation with the vendor.ID management on Safe Watch.Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization’s systems.
