For a company I am productive, and what is a company for me? I dont follow this cycle because this cycle circulates and makes a round shape which has an end points, not change its place of position. I believe in change in position not to circulates around. Every one proudly mention his or her work experience in terms of years and months. Company always search those employees who have years of experience, This is nothing but a circular cycle like 12345...54321. dont see the growth in terms of money just observe the place and positions of the organisation and work over it.
