My role also involves managing invoicing and cash collections, maintaining healthy cash flow, and ensuring timely payments. I review and update cost standards quarterly, adjust cost models, and analyze pricing issues to ensure project profitability and competitiveness. Additionally, I identify and present commercial risks and opportunities, support renegotiations and upsells, and ensure compliance with NCM guidelines, tax regulations, and project documentation requirements in Project Dash.
