• Function in numerous leadership roles, including current roles as Head of Security of Contact Centers and Repair Facilities, and Head of Security for Prototype Tracking, Delivery, and Destruction• Use of Enterprise Security Risk Management framework for approach to Physical and Information Security, with focus on enterprise’s mission and goals to identify and prioritize assets, tasks, and create plans to mitigate prioritized risks• Create, obtain funding and manage budget for, recruit, and lead two worldwide security teams tracking all prototypes outside Apple manufacturing facilities, and ensuring the security of Contact Centers, Repair Facilities, and Distribution Centers• Oversee team responsible for physical and cyber security of customers’ data at Contact Centers, Repair Facilities, and Distribution Centers; which spans several hundred locations worldwide• Create and implement policies and procedures for physical and informational security in compliance with US federal and state laws, and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements used in New Product Security, Global Security Operations, and Contact and Repair Facilities • Develop framework, audit tools, and related reporting requirements for, and lead a team conducting audits of policies and processes at numerous global Apple facilities and third-party sites, with follow-up Corrective Action Plan (CAP) implementation as necessary• Drive both strategy and tactical level security for organizations within my scope while building credibility and consensus for our success• Lead project to design Track and Trace system (asset management) within Apple suppliers, as well as Document and Data Protection (Information Security) • Prepare and conduct training and other presentations on risk management and security operations • Prepare and present to Individual Contributors and C-suite on security operations and risk management (written, verbal, and presentation decks)

• Lead/Managed the Miami Electronic Crimes Task Force Digital Forensics Laboratory to number one within the United States Secret Service.• Managed the day to day operations and budget of the Miami Electronic Crimes Task Force Digital Forensics Laboratory. This includes assigning exams, training/mentoring, quality assurance, expenses, auditing and tracking examinations through the process, and directing the manpower assigned to the laboratory (Federal and State/Local Law Enforcement).• Responsible for peer reviewing digital forensic examination procedures and results. • Co-authored the Peer Review procedures, and authored the Policy and Procedures manual for the Digital Forensics Laboratory. • Created the First Responder Procedures for the Digital Forensics Laboratory.• Responsible for mentoring newly graduated Forensic Examiners.• Point of contact for our local Police Department examiners covering an area from Port St. Lucie, FL to Key West, FL. • Responsible as the first line supervisor for manpower duties and administrative paperwork for the Special Agents in our Task Force.

I have conducted investigations in Financial Institution Fraud, Counterfeit Currency, and several types of Computer Fraud and Intrusions. I have managed case presentations to the United States Attorney’s Office, managed Search Warrants and Consent to Searches, and conducted interviews in all the above investigation types. I have testified before the Federal Grand Jury and both State and Federal Court, participated in evidence control, seizure of property, conducted surveillance, written various levels of reports, and used technical surveillance instrumentation. I have conducted/managed advanced planning (domestic and foreign) for various protection assignments to include the President and Vice President of the United States, Former Presidents, Secretary of the Treasury, and various Foreign Heads of State. The advances include dealing with security issues, flow of people, as well as the technical security items (engineering, explosives, and hazardous materials). I have conducted protective advances in the nature of Critical Systems/Critical Infrastructure for both the President and Vice President of the United States to include computer or process controlled systems. I have been a working shift agent for Foreign Heads of State, Presidential Candidates, Former Presidents, and the Vice President. While conducting protection duties I use proactive communication, innovation, and integration to ensure a good working relationship, overcome obstacles, problem solve, and ensure proper end results with various state/local agencies, federal agencies, and many different types of private sector companies.

8/99-7/00 Front Office Manager—Reporting to the Director of Rooms, I was responsible for management of the front office. This included the Front Desk staff, the PBX operators, and the Bell staff. In accomplishing my job, I maintained a budget, helped develop the budget, scheduled staff, counseled staff, hired and fired staff, handled guest service issues, trained the staff, and pre-planned for any group logistics for groups staying at the hotel to include an NFL team.1/98-8/99 Hotel Services Manager/Night Manager – Reporting directly to the General Manager, I was responsible for the entire hotel as the Management representative handling general customer service and any issues which arose. I was responsible for working with the departments/employees for both guest service and monitoring the financial impact of issues during my shift for the hotel.8/97-7/00 Guest Service Trainer – Trained staff in various customer service, safety & security, and alcohol awareness programs.12/96-1/11/98 Beverage Manager – Reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage, I was responsible for all the bars and beverage staff for the hotel. This included hiring, counseling, maintaining a budget, ordering and maintaining the inventory, training staff, scheduling staff, and handling all guest services related to the beverage staff.
