• Check the quality and quantity of the required construction materials.• Check and verify the bill of the contractors.• Undertaking technical and feasibility studies and site investigations• Developing detailed designs and estimation• Supervising tendering procedures and putting together proposals• Overseeing or monitoring the work of junior staff throughout the project• Must be able to deal with consultant, contractor regarding proper direction for smooth completion of project and solution of all technical problems during execution of project.• Regular Supervision of project & inform progress report to the management. Thinking both creatively and logically to resolve design and development problems• Managing change, as higher authority/buyer may change his or her mind about the design Ensuring relevant parties are notified of changes in the project• Be able to initiate, implement & handover project on scheduled time.
