We at Kosuke Intern Training Centre, in partnership with Learnet Skills Ltd. & Nihon Edutech are based at Noida and engaged in training and placement of skilled Indian youth to various companies in Japan under the TITP (Technical Intern Training Program), being run and monitored by National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) under the Memorandum of Cooperation signed between the Government of India and Japan. Learnet Skills Ltd. (Erstwhile IL&FS) is one of the pioneers of this program since the last 20 years and has trained and placed over 10000 candidates from various skills/ trades in Japan from several South – East Asian countries. It is also one of leading Sending Organisations licensed and certified by NSDC, Govt. of India in April 2018. As Japan is currently facing an acute crisis in its work force owing to the ageing population and the low birth rate, India is ideally placed to meet the requirement as we have a large pool of skilled youth seeking employment. In this scenario, we see this as the most amazing opportunity for employment of students as well as graduates. Over the last two years, 90 plus candidates have already been placed in Japan by us & our partners. Further, fresh requirements are being received every month from Japan for placements. In the coming months, we are expecting a large order from Japanese Companies/ recruiters in skills like Construction, Scaffolding, Manufacturing & machinery, Agriculture & Horticulture, Automobile, Metal Painting, Sewing & Textile and Health Care Giver Profiles. The selected students shall be given a Pre- Departure Training of around 6 - 8 months on Japanese language and culture, and can look forward to the following: • Monthly Salary: Rs. 1.25 Lakh (Significant Savings potential of ~ Rs. 25 Lakh in 3 years)• Visa arrangement and Airfare for travel to Japan.• Adequate boarding and lodging arrangement in Japan, on nominal payment.
