I joined the Defence Data Development (D3) team at Janes in 2019. was responsible forcreation and maintenance of structured data of defence equipment ranging from air, land, sea,aero engines, marine engines, weapons, infantry weapons, C4ISR mission systems, and item-to item linking of elements to platforms/systems. Presently working in QA Team from 1st December 2022, Prior to Janes, I served in the Indian Navy for 20 years and worked in various Naval warships, specialised in navigation and power-generation equipment, was responsible for installation, commissioning, and maintaining navigation, power generation, and control system equipment ,also served in various operational naval bases and naval ship repair yards planning preventative maintenance, setting-to-work testing and tuning, quality assurance, technical documentation, material management, scheduled refits, and preparing and publishing maintenance documents of naval equipment and warships, got opportunity to serve as instructor in a naval training base. A graduate in electrical Technology from Cochin University of Science and Technology, holds master’s in project management.
