• Managing projects at turnkey basis in Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata, Punjab, Lucknow, Bhopal, Indore, Kanpur and Kerala and handling all site activities• Supervising the process of strategic planning of complete maintenance operations & assuring smooth functioning of the site to achieve the set targets as per the quality standards• Conducting research of the existing process & accordingly carrying out the improvement on existing process• Monitoring design & site survey, maintenance support and PCB and chip level servicing support• Preparing requirements of materials purchase for sites to ensure ready availability of the materials • Identifying and developing vendor network for sourcing cost-effective materials• Checking incoming materials and equipment for ensuring quality as per technical guidelines• Looking after complete handing over of site ensuring quality as per technical specifications
