•Handle local sourcing, e commerce sourcing, vendor analysis, Vendor management, Contracts. •Design, plan & Implement sourcing and purchasing strategies.•Analyzes market and delivery conditions to determine present and future material availability, and prepares market analysis reports.•Develops a system to evaluate vendor quotations that utilizes appropriate negotiation and purchasing techniques to ensure quality, price, delivery, and service.•Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors along with maintaining database.•Negotiate lower pricing without compromising on the quality and delivery parameters.•Ensure required orders/LPOs are issued to supplier(s) on time in order not to cause any delay, and only on receipt of correct LPO and all documents are maintained for future reference.•Recruits and maintains suppliers that provide high quality products and services at a better price while maintaining the highest code of ethics and conduct.•Reviews purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.•Assigns procurement requests to the appropriate personnel.•Negotiates or supervises the negotiation of complex requests for equipment, supplies, and services from suppliers and subcontractors.•Manage vendor relationships and assist in building effective partnerships.•Handle multiple projects same time by maintaining proper scheduling and follow up with suppliers to meet the deadline.•Ensure Maintenance Team consistently upholds best standards of work, safety, and personal appearance.•Ensure all faults are rectified in a timely fashion, within the time specified, and ideally immediately, and to report same to senior management through the agreed procedures.•Ensure Company Store and Maintenance vehicles are kept clean, organized properly/efficiently, and free of rubbish.•Responsible for the security, maintenance and services of work and accommodation facilities to ensure they meet the needs of the Organization.
