IT director for one of the largest food services company (TADAWUL: 6002) in the Middle East, leading business transformation projects.- A failed SAP implementation was successfully turned around, reducing inventory costs from $7 million per year to $0.5 million per year. - SAP direct store delivery (DSD) was implemented for van sales, and SAP was rolled out to over 400 restaurants to manage their back-office processes. This project was later replicated by several SAP customers and won SAP's Gold Award for Quality in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.- Successfully implemented cloud first strategy and migrated the entire on-prem data center to Google Cloud, which resulted in speaking slots and consultancy work following Google publishing a case study on the project, first of its kind in the region.- Ensured quality full lifecycle project management of group-wide projects including POS and call center solution, Mobile App and Customer Data Platform (CDP). Implemented HCM solution which enabled 6,000+ employees to access HR services online.- Won Gitex 2019 best technology collaboration in retail (brick and mortar) award. Won IDC 2020 Excellence in Business Transformation award.

Led IT modernization efforts, including building IT infrastructure, managing a team of 15, and implementing SAP HANA. Led the first SAP HANA project in the MENA region, which won EMEA gold awards. SAP implementation project for manufacturing subsidiary won award for fast delivery in EMEA. Presented HANA to a global audience.
