• Provide detailed input for the quotations, planning and reviews of all workshop projects. • Determine the work prioritization and task allocation for all workshop tasks.• Oversee workshop staff so that appropriate information, instruction, training and guidance is provided when required. • Responsible for the security and efficient running of the workshop and to consider improvements and efficiencies wherever possible • Choose equipment based on business requirements in addition to taking into account the specifications and Metrology for such equipment.• Bring employment commensurate with the work requirements.• Responsible for the health and safety and welfare of staff and customers in the workshop.

• Manage activities of the property including employees, maintenance, sales, and profit/loss controls.• Make planned sales calls on all existing and prospective buyers to ensure cost-effective coverage of the sales territory and to report outcome via the Call Report system.• Quotation/Tender presentation & follow-up.• Maximize the sales of the Company's products within my sales territory to achieve annual sales turnover targets within agreed discount levels as set by Sales Manager.• Make a professional product study and project estimation that covers the client needs.• Organize through Sales Administration preparation of necessary quotations and tenders and to ensure their prompt delivery and follow up and report outcome of each quote issued.• Prepare professional client presentations that promote price-value advantage.• Provide (6) months rolling forecast updated monthly by unit, model and customer.• Report on a regular basis through the Call Report system on all aspects of competitive activity within my sales territory, pricing, sales, merchandising strategies etc.• Report on a regular basis on the prevailing and forecasted economic conditions within my territory that impact on the sales opportunity, new projects, completion of existing projects etc.• Participate in other sales and promotional activities as may be deemed necessary to generate business within my territory, eg. Demonstration, caravans, opens days, surveys etc.• Coordinate Product support engineers visits to the client site to inspect the products and providing him with its general condition and keep on follow up with him to improve after sales services.• Offering a product operation and preventive maintenance training for the client technicians.• Maintain a high level of product knowledge through careful study of training materials provided by the Company.
