- Effectively manage day-to-day logistic quality operations and supply chain activities.- Responsible to raise deviation report in case of any non-compliance observed during routine inspection, through deviation / investigation and CAPA report.- Investigate Quality complaints and report to Quality and Technical Manager & Suggest CAPA.- Initiate and Coordinate product recall process.- Establish Quality Management System in Supply chain and storage activities.- Assure the compliance of implemented, Procedures and Policies with Quality aspects in warehouse and distribution.- Perform internal audit (self-inspections) and Quality control process as per the approved procedure.- Persuading reluctant staff to change their way of working to incorporate quality methods through training and possibly if required individual attention on case to case basis.- Coordinate with operation team to reduce overall customer complaints. - Considering the application of environmental, health and safety standards.- Establishing clearly defined quality methods for staff to apply.- Identify work place safety hazards and develop ideas and solutions promptly.- Liaising with principals’ and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with principals’ specifications.- Strictly adhering to all Ministry of Health standards. Ensure good housekeeping, maintenance of temperature, records, etc.- Ensure that warehouse operations adhere to Ministry of Health QHSE guidelines.- Actively participate in audit conducted by Regulatory Authority or any other agencies on behalf of client or their principal.- Identifying relevant quality related training needs and delivering training.- Ensuring that all proper safety regulations are being followed, both with regards to personal safety and safety of inventory.- Organize quality management review meetings as per schedule- Perform temperature mapping of storage areas.
