My previous role was the Head of Product Quality of RM Education Solution, Trivandrum, an ODC of RM Plc, UK for 2 years. I started in 2021 and have been instrumental in redefining Testing & QA Strategy in eAssessment area by building Test automation team, Accessibility testing team and kicked off a very unique concept of customer champion team for better client relationship and quality delivery. Prior to RM, I played a role of a CEO of a start-up company for 3 years mainly into Product Development for Govt and Indian Defense(Navy), Prior to this, I was working with UST for 12 years. During this 12 years I got involved in IT Consulting, Software Delivery, Support, Recruitment, Training, Pre-sales, Migration, Infrastructure setup, setting up new business units in APAC and LATAM region.
