My previous role was the Head of Product Quality of RM Education Solution, Trivandrum, an ODC of RM Plc, UK for 2 years. I started in 2021 and have been instrumental in redefining Testing & QA Strategy in eAssessment area by building Test automation team, Accessibility testing team and kicked off a very unique concept of customer champion team for better client relationship and quality delivery.
