I am part of their development & support team for a global Insurance giant with head office in US. We are a team of 8 who work coordinated with the onshore presence which is nine in number. I am a Business Intelligence developer working with BI tools. Along with my development tasks, I was involved in production support activities. I hold the responsibility to help the teammembers technically. I mostly deal with tasks involving design and advanced software developmentusing some of the cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
