As an Apparel Engineer with a passion for marketing and merchandising, I strive to utilize my skills and creativity to bring innovation to any organization that I am a part of. My goal is to contribute to the growth of the organization and simultaneously develop my own career.With a Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, majoring in Apparel Engineering, from Bangladesh University of Textiles, I have acquired a solid foundation in the technical aspects of the industry. My academic success is reflected in my impressive CGPA of 3.72 out of 4.00. I also completed my HSC in Science from Adamjee Cantonment College, where I scored a GPA of 5.00 out of 5.00, and my SSC in Science from Adamjee Cantonment Public School, where I also scored a GPA of 5.00 out of 5.00.I possess a range of computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, which aid me in completing tasks with ease. My soft skills such as teamwork, communication, multi-tasking, and negotiation skills, have been developed through various professional and academic experiences.During my internship at Pakiza Knit Composite Ltd., I worked in the Marketing & Merchandising department and gained valuable insights into the various operations of the industry. I was primarily responsible for handling orders from NEXT and worked with two merchandisers for two months. This experience helped me to understand the activities involved in sample development and bulk production, from order negotiation to shipment. I also observed the operations of various sections, including sample, store, knitting, dyeing, finishing, planning, IE, cutting, printing, embroidery, sewing, garments finishing, packing, ETP, and WTP. Through this internship, I learned about the documents required by a merchandiser for each operation, which has been beneficial in my career.I am highly motivated to utilize my skills and knowledge to contribute to the success of any organization.
