- Managing around 250 employees deputed at different clients, ensure free flow of day to day communication with the RHZ CO employees at all levels.- Conducting an interviews of positions as per client requirements.- Deal recruitment, placement, increments, promotions, terminations, separation, taxation, benefits etc for all outsourced employees.- Facilitate Organization by providing high levels of service to the client by resolving service issues internally and externally.- Ensure clients are properly served; thereby ensuring retention and development of existing clients and employees.- Ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries and benefits.- Responsible to timely preparation and accurate maintenance of RHZ CO Outsourcing employees record as per Human Resource Information system by ensuring full confidentiality of personal data.- Managing relationships with clients, employees and sourcing partners.- Arranging induction programs for newly hired staff in which providing them information regarding conditions of service, salaries and promotional opportunities.- Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.- Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.- Conference with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures.- Select qualified job applicants and refereeing them to the managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.- Overseeing the formation and conduct of workplace consultative committees and employee participation initiatives.
