Raising of Purcahse requisition as demand of Project management,Production department and others.Assist the project office coordinators / Secretary / Logistics / Procurements / Accounts / and Safety team inraising requisition.Generation of New Items Codes in approprate scheme using Smart Coding system.Receiving of Raw Material (Angle, Channel, Beam, Pipes etc.) Consumables and Fittings.Prepare the DMRR, MIR and GRN after accptance of Material in SAP.Issuance of Material to Project Management and Production on issuance requisition.Process of SIN in SAP.Update daily stock register and maintain the minimum stock level of all consumables materials in order toavoid any production delay due to non-availability of the same.Maintain the Fixed Asset Record and other documentation related to Assets.Sort out the Scrap of MS,CS,Tools,Fixed Asset, for Sale.Estimation of LOT to sold out the Scrap.Prepare the Sale Order internal and external in SAP SD Module.Prepare th IMTE's Schedule monthly,Issuance of Valid Calibarted items to Production deptt.Perform administrative function by keeping track records of plant and equipments Transfer, Purchase, OnHire, Off Hire, Write Off and maintenance cost for specific projects.Arrange for timely periodic inspection of equipment to ensure that certificates are always up to date.Prepare costing of jobs for goods issued on requisitions received from site operation staff.To ensure the COSHH processes being implemented correctly to carry out periodic investigation in theCOSHH issue sheets , Risk assessment sheets and MSDS forms to monitor COSHH disposal.Submit monthly reports of materials stock for valuation to the Account Depts.

Generation of Purchase Requisition(Indent) for Consumables,Spare Parts and Project Specific iems as per damand of Project Management,Production Department and other.Generation of New item Codes in appropriate scheme by using Smart coding system.Receiving of Import and Export material i.e Raw material, Consumables, spares, Pipe Fittings etc as per Purchase order and Delivery Order.Prepare the Daily Material Receiving Report and mailed to all concern persons.Prepare the MIR Material Inspection Report and to incoming QC Department for inspection of Material.Generation of GRN Goods Receipt Note after Accepting of material from QC in ACCPAC later in SAP.Issuance of Consumables(Direct, Indirect), PSI, Tools, Raw Material.Maintain the schedule of IMTE's (inspecting, Measuring and Testing Equipment's)Maintain the Tools record on Daily Tool issue register and Tool issue Cards.Processing of SIN (Store Issue Note) in SAP.Maintain the record of Fixed Asset, Prepare FARR for newly received Assets.Keep the inventory update as per SAP system.
