My duties and responsibilities include :•Ensures that the mechanical drawings are in line and coordinated with otherdiscipline design drawings of the project prior proceeding with work and tohighlight to the project manager of any discrepancies for necessary corrections.•Inspects site for mechanical work/installations and ensures that the carried outworks are in compliance with contract drawings and Advises Project Manager onrequirements and programming of all services and coordinates the actions ofcontractor.•Observed and witnesses all buried services and gives approval prior toconcreting/filling.•Complete testing and commissioning for HVAC system,fire fighting system &plumbing system.•Make snag and de-snag of complete project.•Selection of FCU, AHU, CHILLER, water pump and chilled water piping, pipinginsulation.•Complete design, selection preparation of drawing installation andcommissioning of ventilation system.•Installation of hot water generator for laundry and kitchen.•Familiar with the pipe sizing of potable water.•Installation of Drainage system for complete project internal and external.•Selection of drainage pipe & fittings, selection of sanitary fixtures.•Execution of drainage system with National Plumbing codes and standard.•Preparation of QA/QC leak & gravity check and potable water hydro test.•Can handle the team of plumbing, HVAC with man power of eighty peopleincluding supervisor, foreman, plumber, duct man, pipe fitters.•Familiar with the international standards for HVAC, Plumbing!
