Working as project engineer for interior Fit out projects.Galleries Lafayette is the biggest galleries in Dubai Mall and we have 25000sqf floors situated as three floors.Have lot of Retail brand shops and Gourmet in side.1)Coordinating with clients and Brand Managers for the new renovation projects.2)Rechecking and approve the new designs as per the GL specification.3) Daily Site Visit and Site report submission .4)Conduction weekly site coordination meeting .5)Quality Control and Quality analysis as per specification6)Make sure the quality of Fit out materials and finishing jobs.

Ensuring appropriate procurement of all production, construction and maintenance materials. Re retaking all Quantity survey for required works. Preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ). Take of quantities of area (civil, electrical and mechanical works from Autocad drawings). Checking of site inspection reports JMs for various works as per approved construction drawings and site verification works executed by the contractor. Preparation of rate analysis for variation orders. Preparation Tender and Contract Documents. Preparation of final jobs close out report and analyzing with theoretical quantities verses actual quantities and preparation of as built drawings Assist the client in drawing up list of contractors.

Cost plans/analyses, interim valuation and payment certificates, tender documents and tender analysis,. Assessment of variation.. Measurement from building drawings, structural steel drawings, groundwork and civil works. Deal with claims, variations, valuations and final account. Attending meetings and liaising with stakeholders on commercial matters. Monitoring the cost of site resources. Developing strong relationships with the clients and sub contractors.

Develop, implement and maintain QC manual, Project Quality Plan. 2. Review and act on reports of subcontractor non-conformities. And pursues all non-conformities detected. 3. Control the non-conformities detected in the works and undertake follow-up of the introduction of the agreed corrective measures. 4. Preparation of QCR (Quality Control Reports) as per ITP Procedures and seek client’s approval. 5. Monitor, control and update all QC documents such as QCR files, contract documents, Hand-over Documents, Punch lists, Test Results, Concrete Passports, Radiographic Tests, Material and Calibration Certificates, Field Design Modifications, Work Method Statements, and Application to Witness Inspection. 6. Issue direct order to site engineers regarding proper construction procedures within the bounds of Technical Specifications and Approved Drawings. 7. Preparation of Work Method Statements coupled with TS/RA/JSA. 8. Requires and witness applicable necessary tests and keeping the test results records 9. Inspect and control the quality of all civil works according to the standard QA/QC Procedures for over 30 buildings undertaken. Such structures are Field Auxillary Buildings, Equipment SHELTERS Structures, Operation Buildings (Control Facilities and offices) and other structures in LNG Process, Utilities, Off site, and OET Areas. 10. Involved in walk through punching and prepare punch list. 11. Report directly to QA/QC Manager

1. Inspection of all incoming raw materials, fittings consumables and review of material/batchcertificates. 2. Preparation of inspection and test plan(ITP)for projects/job. Also correspondence with clientsregarding quality related issues. 3. Coordination with all Third party inspection agencies like DNV, ABSG, VELOSI and clients. 4.Preparation&qualification of welding procedures(WPS&PQR) and welder performancequalification(WPQ) according to ASME Section IX,AWS D1.1&EEMUA158 5.Have good experience in primary,secondary&tertiary structural steel fabrications, pressure vesselsand process piping's inspections.Jr.Site:QC/MATERIAL/PLANNING ENGINEER Responsibilities: 1. Ensure established objectives throughout the project to increase the motivation and involvement. 2. Preparation of Installation Method Statements prior to commencement of work. And assistance in the development and review of specific task project method statements 3. Co-ordinate on quality matters with project team, suppliers and certification authority representatives. 4. Preparations of all relevant project installation check lists. 5. Preparation & updating of the ITP as required and developing installation check list where non standards works are included in the specification 6. Preparation of MRI (Material Receipt Inspection) formats for incoming plant and materials and carrying out inspection with the consultant or other third parties as required by the contract to ensure that only approved materials are installed.
