It’s been around 13 years of work experience of managing a variety of IT related operations ranging from providing technical support to managing team of professionals, from procurement, logistics to inventory management, training of employees at different levels. In addition I have sound hands-on experience of Network administration of LAN, WAN, Wireless, Windows Operating Systems, etc. During my career while working as Team Lead at Jaffer Brothers I have been managing a team providing 1st and 2nd level support to different users State Bank of Pakistan Lahore and also with Hewlett-Packard/JBS Support team give support to M/s Ericsson which is one of the biggest service provider in telecom sector of Pakistan. All this has helped me to enrich my management skills of resolving day-to-day issues, setting priorities, anticipating needs, building teams and of motivating staff.
