EDV Youth Council is a volunteer led initiative to engage youth in discussions surrounding Domestic Violence and provide them a platform to help in the fight to eliminate DV. All members of the YC are volunteers. My responsibilities include:• Managing a group of 20 Youth Council members and sub delegates.• Leading and directing the recruitment and construction of the Youth Council. 
• Building a rapport with potential strategic partners such as Jahmene Douglas. • Liaise between EDV leads, charities, ministers, White Hall departments and public bodies to source projects for the Youth Council.• Directing a social media campaign to promote the Youth Council.• Devise and implement fund raising strategies • Present at meetings with trustees and pitching to potential funders

My responsibilities include:- Liaising with candidates- Help with recruitment- Overlook all social network pages- Corresponding with potential partners

My responsibilities include: • Supervising the Citizenship department and teaching over 200 students.
• Setting up Schemes of Work
and devising lesson plans• Supervising colleagues
• Ensuring everything in the department such as work sheets and text books are kept up to date
• Present monthly report to head teacher upon departmental work as well as individual student progression• Organising trips• Arrange meetings and deliver presentations to parents to discuss course syllabus.
