Over a span of more than two decades, I have built a successful career in technology consulting, program management, education technology, and social impact across various leading organizations. As the founder of an education startup, I focus on providing high-quality, affordable online courses for students preparing for competitive exams, leveraging innovative teaching methods to democratize education.Transitioning to the social sector, I spearheaded the GROW Fund, an unprecedented initiative aimed at strengthening grassroots nonprofits across India in the aftermath of COVID-19. I led the planning, outreach, evaluation, capacity building, grant management, and technology for this high-impact grant.For the past three years, I have been involved with the Smart India Hackathon, a Ministry of Education (GoI) initiative, serving as an evaluator and nodal center head. This government initiative promotes a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship among students.Before transitioning to the social sector, I spent two decades managing large global technology programs. This involved overseeing multi-million dollar IT projects, driving efficiency gains, and leading cross-technology, cross-location teams. I gained significant expertise in strategic planning, program management, stakeholder management, resource mobilization, capability development, and leading large-scale projects with compliance. Additionally, I excelled in driving innovation and effectively leading teams.As a transparent people leader, I am passionate about people development. My open and honest mentorship approach helped me to grow my teams and foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment. I believe that a strong commitment to people development and servant leadership are the keys to success.In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my children and engaging in activities such as reading, traveling, and watching old Doordarshan days art films that didn't make sense to me as a child.
