Manage overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of Accounts Payable function. Develop and maintain a documented system of AP policies, process, procedures and controls. Drive innovation in AP functions, and strive for continuous improvement of systems and processes with focus on automation and digitizing the P2P process. Drive and lead the implementation of the AP module as a part of overall ERP implementation. Build new processes and constantly challenge the daily accounting and operational processes, including procure-to-pay, supplier inquiries handling and AP processing.• Funds management and monitor proper utilization of credit lines.• Coordination with purchase department regarding payment plan andmonitor the execution of payment plan. • Reconciliation of vendors, customers, & GL A/C ledgers. • Ensure Tax Compliance. • Monthly accruals, prepayments & circulation of advances. • Month-end closing of Accounts. • Facilitating external auditors (KPMG) during audit activity.
