Managing complex IT projects such as enterprise resource planning, EDI management and ability to identify IT issues and opportunities, formulate and evaluate technology strategies, set priorities, and allocate resources to effectively coordinate and meet business needs amongst a diverse set of stakeholders.• Monitors systems and proactively reports incidents, maintaining best in class technology support across the company.• Identify and pursue opportunities to utilize new technologies to achieve organizational objectives.• Identifying the root cause of issues and implementing solutions to resolve the problems.• Coordinating with all impacted teams to develop in-depth root cause procedures and effective, efficient, and high-quality preventive actions, eliminating recurring issues and driving a culture of continuous improvement. • Lead the implementation of SAP S/4 Hana.• Manage ERP system (SAP) SD, WM, Basis and related EDI integrations with AMAZON, Walmart, Costco, The Home Depot, Sam's Club, Wayfair, Macy's, Chewy and Castlegate.• Managing IT infrastructure and network to ensure smooth business operations.• API integrations with FedEx, USPS, UPS, Ebay and for Zinus.com Shopify.• Oversee offsite IT provider for RPA (Robotic process automation) and their work on onsite servers, Cloud AWS, G Suite, Microsoft 365, Exchange and Active Directory, VPN, Asana and Microsoft Windows operating system.• Business process documentation and provide trainings to end users. • Provide support through emails, Slack, Zoom, Cisco WebEx and Microsoft teams.Major Project• SAP S/4 HANA implementation at ZINUS offices/ Warehouses in Dec 2018.• Modules implemented: SD, MM, FICO and WM.• Environment: SAP S/4 HANA Version 750 and HANA DB• Duration: June 2018 to December 2018 Show less
