I currently lead the Human Resources function for the South Asia region with revenue 700 MM+ USD. The key focus includes developing talent strategy and strong high performing culture in the organization. In a career spanning 20+ years I have worked in whole gamut of HR which includes talent management, recruitment, leadership development in roles based in India and the United States. My favorite area of work is co-creating HR strategy with business leaders in areas of talent development and interventions to build talent capability at senior levels, organizational design, developing HR strategies and implementation approach covering key business processes across commercial, supply chain and service operations. The job scope in last few years includes - leading the talent strategy through a growth phase for 2000 technologist GE Healthcare center - leading Employee Benefits Design in the Merger phase for APAC region for GE Transportation business with Wabtec. - proving Strategic Human Resource Leadership for to execute 2 B USD Project which included workforce planning, training for two green field factories in India with investment of ~200 MM USD.
