CurrentI currently lead the HR function for GE Transportation for the South Asia Region which has multiple manufacturing, Service Operations and Technology Centers. The role provided exposure to Asia Pacific Region and experience to set up 3 green field factories in India with investment of 200 MM USD. The key focus includes developing talent strategy and strong high performing culture in the organization. In a career spanning 25+ years I have worked in whole gamut of HR which includes talent management, recruitment, leadership development in roles based in India and the United States. My favorite area of work is co-creating HR strategy with business leaders in areas of talent development and interventions to build talent capability at senior levels, organizational design, developing HR strategies and implementation approach covering key business processes across commercial, supply chain and service operations.
