Category Buyer for Printed Packaging Components:• Work closely with the Global Category Manager and participate actively in implementation of sourcing strategies• Participate in Supplier negotiations and manages the supplier performance during regular business review meetings• Manages contracts and their maintenance• Run and Present various reports required for daily operational activity• Advise Sourcing Manager of changes in prices, deliveries and suppliers, etc.• Work closely with Materials Planning Team to ensure shortages are being expedited to support commitment date• Establish improvement plans to ensure inventory levels are met and no shortages occur• Presenting weekly and monthly performance reports ensuring all KPIs & CSLs are met• Stakeholder Expectation Management

North America Procurement Operations

• Responsibility of processing all Procurement Transactions for Requisition to Pay Process in SAP-SRM platform• Purchase order creation, goods receiving in JD Edwards platform• Handling the SharePoint tool for purchase requisition processing, acquiring approvals and problem ticket resolution.• Till date order processing at 100% accuracy• Purchase requisition approval, creation and sending out of purchase orders after coordination with the sourcing team• Proper assigning of cost centers, G/L accounts, commodity codes to the purchase orders.• Managing yearly rate contracts for office supplies.• Publishing weekly tracker of productivity and accuracy log for the team.• Vendor Management- Manage, monitor and maintain Global Supplier Database for North America.• Spend Analysis: Responsible to perform spend analysis – Location, Material Code, Cost Center, Category and Vendor wise spend trend analysis for better understanding of spend pattern of the Indirect Procurement Spends

Engineering and plant purchases: MROs, Standard Equipments, Electrical switchgear, Motors, Drives, Electrical & Mechanical consumables.
