There are very few right way to learn how to learn. For me it was always the hard one. I am not perfect so no one is! Team building was great challenge I have ever faced and eventually learned to lead. As my 9 long years of team player roll has finally started to come in a shape. It really take huge amounts of dedication and professional expertise to act according to team requirements. But life has handfuls of resources to be successive which we need to peak carefully.Mistakes are the sweetest events of life which I have done penalty of and ready to do another. Thats how i learn. I am strong, generous, curious and goal achiever.
