CurrentKEY ROLES:-• Fixed gas detection systems calibration, troubleshooting, and servicing for various brands including Riken Keiki, Komyo Kitagawa, Consilium, TQ Environmental, Hanla, and Omicron.• Skilled in the Calibration, Troubleshooting, and Repair of Vapour Emission Control Systems including Hanla, Riken and Komyo Rikagaku brands.• Specialized in Servicing of UTI Detectors from manufacturers, such as MMC Asia, Enraf Tanksystem, Tanktech, and Marsen.• Inert Gas Oxygen Analyzer system annual calibration from various brands such as Energy Support Corp., Oxus, Marsen.• Portable Gas Detectors testing and repairing from Various brands, including Riken Keiki, BW Technologies, MSA Altair, and GMI.• Conduct Testing on Pressure Calibrators, Temperature Bath, and Alcohol Meters.• Proficient in the Calibration and Servicing of KSB S3000 ODME (Oil Discharge Monitoring System).• Annual testing and certification of 15 ppm monitors for oily water separators from manufacturers such as Deckma Hamburg, Jowa Seaguard, Fellow Kogyo, and Branstorm.• Ship's main engine Oil Mist detectors thoroughly serviced, specifically for Schaller Visatron brand. • Loop testing and commissioning of newly installed instruments using a HART communicator, loop calibrator, etc. • Maintenance and calibration of diverse measuring instruments for pressure, temperature, flow, and level.• Adept at testing ship’s pump room pneumatic pressure transmitters and main engine safety devices, such as pressure switches, RTDs, and thermocouples. • Fire Alarm System Testing and Certification.• Maintenance and Calibration of Hanla Level Gauging Systems.• Proficient in Generating Certificates and Elaborate Work Reports on Excel.• Successfully carried out numerous offshore and drydock projects across diverse vessels, including container ships, tanker ships, tugboats, and more.
