Managing the production of the floor. Responsible to achieve the production target.  Daily meeting with factory staff. Production planning. Meeting with Directors for machines, production status, processing problems, quality issues and Delivery Schedule. Improvising and controlling the process parameters. Implement and co-ordinate the laboratory activities with production. Developing cost reductive techniques. Trouble shooting for any un-identified problem at Textiles. Machine maintenance schedule. Decision making for approvals.  Reduce the processing problem ratio. To operate & monitor all machine parameters & process through adoptive plant Explorer. Selection of dyes and auxiliaries to ensure minimum cost of processing To control processing operation with optimum utilities to ensure minimum energy cost Finalisation and approval of recipes. Maintained total processing rejection up to 1%. Annual budget presentation and controlling of budget throughout the year. Annual objective presentation and strive to achieve the targets set in annual objectives. Meetings with chemical supplier to keep the processing up to date with new challenges and process enhancement. Meeting with machines manufacturer for installation of new machines and production enhancement.
