Plan and execute audits and evaluated existing internal controls for various departments and line of businesses for risk areas.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES• Plan and execute audits and evaluated existing internal controls for various departments and line of businesses for risk areas like inventory, payable, receivables, sourcing, revenue etc.• Review financials for abnormalities and revenue leakage systematically and report audit issues, review conformity of financial statements and operational areas.• Manage and advise accountants for proper accounting processes especially in the areas like sales posting, cash clearing, recurring entries, provisions market settlements, bank reconciliation, intercompany clearing, etc.• Inventory management report analysis to identify ageing and its liquidation, negative GP, abnormal loss, sell through etc.• Vendor analysis for ageing, vendor settlements, business development agreements and its settlements, GRV, promotion supports, etc.• Sales and GP analysis for different line of business and compare against various control checks such as vendor wise and category for analyzing better purchase trends and control systems.• Travel around GCC countries for implementing and monitoring Standard Operation Procedures for retail outlets.

• Posting of standard and ad hoc journal entries to Oracle Hyperion and SAP.• Clearing validation break due to mapping issue between SAP cost centers and Hyperion entities.• Reconciliation of Fixed Assets between SAP FAR, SAP GL and Oracle Hyperion.• Preparation of Financial Statement notes for fixed assets with commentaries and various ad hoc reports.

PROJECT - LT Lighting technologies, Landmark group etc.• Assist Internal Audit team to carry out audits and preparation of reports for various clients, especially in retail and manufacturing sector.• Logging, investigating and resolving ad hoc queries, carrying out live process audits and Inventory controls.• Preparing audit reports based on Standard Operating Procedures.
