Collate customer information/market/competitor.Handling major clients in Jebel Ali & making follow up of regular customer.Creating bookings and making follow up on daily basis for all the ports of Arabian Gulf, Red Sea, Indian Subcontinent, Europe, East Med, West Med, North Africa, USA and Far East.Booking cargo & liaising with export and import departments.Forecast bookings (for space and equipment allocation management) Optimize utilization of allocated space & equipment.Sending request for Imco, OOG & Reefer cargo permissions. Prompt handling of requests, inquiries and complaints of export & import shipments by telephone / emails & solving them.Keeping a track for cargo with the client for fulfilling weekly allocation on per vessels basis.Liaising with feeder vessel operator for slot booking & loading.Coordinating with overseas agents in regards to Shipments.Coordinating with customers for shipments & providing them status of the cargo.Arranging for Transportation, Custom documentation / Inspection, Cross Stuffing etc. as per customers requirements. Following-up with the overseas agents for container delivery status etc.
