Reporting to Director, Strategic Alliances – Emerging Marketsand Sr. Strategic Alliance Manager – Emerging MarketsJob Profile: Recruit new partners, build/enable/manage channel business and nurture those relationships to drive revenue and increase market reach.• Focused on developing from ground-zero a strong and trusted ecosystem to drive profitable, sustainable business for both OpenText and its valued channel partners.• Recruitment of new channel partners in key markets, enhancing the company's market share.• Prepare and execute on channel partner business plan in alignment with short-term and long-term strategy.• Implemented and managed Named Partner accounts strategy covering Middle East region, contributing to year-over-year growth in channel sales pipeline and revenue.• Managed quarterly business reviews with Named channel partners.• Management of channel partner relationships.• Collaborated with Channel Marketing team to co-create campaigns led by channel partners, utilising Market Development Fund (MDF) for lead generation.• Managed channel marketing initiatives, in collaboration with Field Marketing team, including tradeshows and customer events, ensuring channel partner sponsorship and participation as exhibitors.• Customised technical training plans for channel partners corresponding to their target business growth objectives.• Captured, published and promoted Case Studies on Customer Successes realized through channel partners contribution.• Tracked and collated business performance data to award channel partners once a year in appreciation for their efforts and loyalty.
