Client:1 Nooter Erricson at QEWCClient:2 Fisia Italimpianti at QEWCClient:3 Hyundai at Shell GTL Client:4 Tekfen at QapcoClinet:5 Dopet at NGL Clinet:6 Qatar PetroleumClinet:7 Trags at DukhanClinet:8 ETS at DukhanClinet:9 QCON at DukhanClinet:10 China Petroleum at DukhanRole &Responsibilities: • Understanding the scope of work ,contractual start and finish date of the different Packages Contractors• Understanding the deliverables of various disciplines.• Understanding the Major Milestones of the project• Establishing the Progress Measurement weightages for Phase / Disciplines and Activities.• Getting the Schedule from discipline.• Preparation of schedule in consultation with various departments.• Planning resources required for the project.• Getting the baseline Schedule sign off from the customer• Preparation S-Curve for engineering Procurement, Construction & Commissioning.• Distribute the baseline schedule to various disciplines.• Establish the procedure for getting the progress from various disciplines.• Review progress submitted by the disciplines.• Updating the schedule.• Prepare Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports• Follow up with the discipline for project controls related issues like Schedule update ,MOM, Progress report ,Material Report, Manpower report etc.• Prepare & Submit Progress reports to Top Management• Prepare delay analysis and present to all concerned discipline• Update S curve for engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning. • Report variance Budget v/s Actual• Prepare look ahead report and distribute to the discipline managers.• Identify Risk and communicate to the Management• Record all Change Notice of different contractors• Arrange for weekly and monthly Progress Meetings• Expedite Contractors for timely submission of Reports, MOM.• Communicate with the Contractors, team leader for project related matters.• Finding areas of concern & providing solutions to top management.

•Responsible for the preparation of the base line targets and schedule for theproduct development.•Resource loading, deriving resource requirement, working out weight factors,Progress “S” Curves, Resource Histograms.•Monitoring, Updating schedules, Preparations of Daily / Weekly Reports,Productivity reports.•To generate monthly performance and variance analysis report.•Preparation of process sheets, procurement of tools materials and coordination withthe production.•Project progress meeting with client.

Roll Shop management• Leading a team of 55 members.• HR activities-Recruitment of operator, attendance, training.• Commercial activities-preparation of invoice/purchasing.• Grinding rolls of cold rolling units.• Arrangement of rolls in different racks on diameter basis for different stands.• Roughness testing and hardness testing of grind rolls.• Overhauling of bearing and chocks. Inspection of rollers and chocks.
