• Establish a vision and departmental goals as well as the effective communication with marketing team.• Develop strategic plans to accommodate the company’s sales goals and objectives.• Keep a track of upcoming & ongoing projects and generate enquiries.• Lead marketing staff to develop bid strategies.• Attend techno commercial clarification meeting and close new business deals for KAEFER by negotiating price, payment terms, scope of works, subcontract conditions.. etc with clients.• Gathers data on competitors and analyze their prices, turnover, and method of marketing strategies.• Defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses.• Develop long term relationships with clients and suppliers.• Maintain all sales related activities in Microsoft Dynamics• Prepare and submitting monthly sales report to head office (award /lost .. etc).

• Establish a vision and departmental goals as well as the effective communication with estimation team.• Ensure standardized estimating processes, procedures and systems are being consistently applied and utilized.• Develop and submit all KAEFER’s bid proposals inline with bid due date.• Lead estimation staff to develop pricing strategies with the support of marketing team.• Costing review and get the approval from MD or Designated authorities asper the project governance.• After order finalization roll out initial budgets to the KAEFER’s execution team.• Develop long term relationships with clients and supplier

• Costing review and get the approval from Estimation manager asper the project governance.• Depending upon the project value, the risk analysis for the same has to be done along with the cash flow of the project.• Follow up of the submitted proposals with Marketing team and if required revise the price according to the circumstances• Support Project Managers with all aspects of project budgeting and change management.• Seek feedback from operations regarding changes in productivity and execution strategies so that estimates are aligned with execution

• Collect all the FIRM enquiry documents from marketing team for the costing purpose.• Study the documents well and understand about the site conditions, client requirements, payment terms, technical requirements etc.• Clarify all the doubts with the client in a single stretch, if any.• Understand the technical specification and if any technical assistance is required, seek for the same from KAEFER Germany (HQ).• Calculate all the materials required for the project and float the enquiries to the suppliers/vendors.• Calculate the man-hours required for the job and allocate the in directs accordingly, say site staff and site establishments.• All the technical documents required for the technical submission has to prepare along with the commercial proposals.• The sealed technical and commercial firm offers have to be submitted to the client on correct time and date.
