• Clarify all the doubts with the client in a single stretch, if any.
• Understand the technical specification and if any technical assistance is required, seek for the same from KAEFER Germany (HQ).
• Calculate all the materials required for the project and float the enquiries to the suppliers/vendors.
• Calculate the man-hours required for the job and allocate the in directs accordingly, say site staff and site establishments.
