I have served in the Indian Air Force for over three decades in various leadership roles and acquired varied skills across spectrum. I am a Qualified Navigation Instructor (QNI) on three types of aircraft (Avro, IL-76 & IL-78) with over 6500 Hrs of flying. I was chosen as operations officer in the most prestigious transport squadron of IAF- Air HQ Communications Squadron at a very young age. I have managed operations, resources, and people effectively under various leadership roles in the organization.I mobilized essential infrastructure, equipment, and human resources from the base to successfully establish a fully operational Aerial Refueling Coordination Centre from scratch. Authored and implemented enduring Standard Operating Procedures for tasking and coordination of air-to-air refueling.
