Collaborated with Tech Leads and Escalation resources when appropriate. Supporting SharePoint 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016 & 2019 for both Admin and search functionality. Have received Global award twice in Microsoft for driving Supplier readiness and results. (FY19 & FY18) Received Power Player award four times for consistent Supplier results and driving their readiness. Also elected as Star Performer in FY18
