I have worked as Project Director on a PSDP Project of “Balancing, Modernization & Refurbishment (BMR)” at PCSIR Labs. Complex, Lahore since 9th Jan 2008.Project Director is mainly responsible for the completion of all activities according to PC-I by living within the financial limit as narrated in PC-I. The Project mainly includes:● Infrastructural Development (700 Kanal).● Up-gradation & Renovation of Existing laboratories and offices.● Construction of new Buildings such as, i. Admin & Accounts block with Conference Hall & D.G Office (31350 Sft). ii. Cafeteria (3000 Sft).● Industrial Liaison Office (3600 Sft).● Guest House (6000 Sft).● Food & Vegetable Dehydration Unit (5500 Sft).● Pharmaceuticals & Cosmetics Unit (4500 Sft).

To assure the quality of development works such as Building works (Residential Colony), Road Works, Water Supply Network and Sewerage System.

To participate in tenders announced by Govt. Department as well as private sectors and execution of Project after receiving letter of Intent. To utilize all resources to complete the Project within the time frame and proper supervision of work technically for fulfilling the specifications as prescribed by Departments and also maintaining the quality of work.
