I was involved in PITB programmes that provide citizen services. The "Citizen Facilitation and Service Center" concept provides over 100 different services under one roof in order to shift the mentality from department-centric to service delivery. VMware technologies were used to develop the backend architecture, and Microsoft Windows, Microsoft SharePoint, and SQL Server were used to create the frontend operating system.
