In DESCON engineering responsible for purchase of all equipments required on all projects, repairs and maintenance of 400 earth moving equipments working at three different project sites “Mirani Dam Project, Satpara Dam Project, Mangla Water Raising project.- Directed the development and implementation of strategic operational management plans, assigned targets and monitored regularly to ensure that workshop objectives are being met and that any remedial actions are initiated- Responsible for identifying suppliers, sourcing and procuring product Vendor development and deletion program management- Formulated training policies and schedules.
