• Project document controlling through dms onsite.
• Preparing documents for submission and uploading for final submission through dms onsite and creating workflow.
• Ensure the proper documents are created and signed, that all data is accurate.
• Generating numbers through Logs Sheet’s for Materials, Drawings, SIR, (Site Inspection Request) Subcontractor Prequalificationand Method of Statement.
• Supersede documents as per engineers request.
• Prepare comments resolution sheet (CRS) for relevant workflow submittals.

Tabuk, Saudi Arabia

• Handling and Maintain records of all internal and external correspondence.
• Support the project with systems and software ‘Primavera Contract Management’ as expected by project and corporatestandards.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to send and receive various reports, drawings, submittals and other outstandingissues.
• Scanning, creation of CD’s and files manipulation
• Ensured the proper documents are created and signed before submissions
• Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.

Oman

• Document submission to Client, control and monitor Client approval process.
• Upload/Register Documents, Drawings, Correspondence, Transmittal, Interim Payment Certificate, and other relatedDocuments for Construction works
• Responsible to store and share project documents received from Vendor/Client/3rd party to engineers and other concernedreviewers.
• Ensure that document control system is administered and maintained in accordance with Client standard.
• Update Log Sheet Which Received and Submitted to Consultant.
